Frequently asked
Prices and payment
Are the prices final?
Yes. I am not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay. Nothing gets added on top.
Does the time include the chat and the rest afterwards?
No. The length given is pure massage time on the table. The short chat at the start and the winding down afterwards come on top — allow about 15 minutes extra altogether.
How can I pay?
By card, QR code, benefit cards (Pluxee, Edenred), a prepaid massage pass or a gift voucher. I am not VAT registered, so the prices are final. There is a blog article on how paying with a benefit card works.
Do you give discounts?
Packages come at a better price — five maderotherapy sessions, for example, cost less than paying for each one separately. Regular clients sometimes get a few extra minutes on the house, but that is more of a surprise than a system.
What if I cannot make it?
If you let me know more than 24 hours ahead, I will move or cancel your appointment free of charge. For cancellations less than 24 hours ahead there is a fee of 50 % of the price. You will find the details in the cancellation terms above.
Looking forward to meeting you
