Before you come
A few practical things
- Come 10–15 minutes early, so you have time to settle in.
- Towels, sheets and disposable underwear are all ready — you need not bring a thing.
- Ideally have your last meal an hour before the massage, so you lie comfortably.
- Afterwards it helps to drink more water and to lift nothing heavy that day.
- If you are unwell, we will simply move the appointment. No problem at all.

Where do the massages take place?
Massages take place in Prague 4 - Kunratice ( Studio Natur Look ). You must book your massage via the reservation system. I also offer mobile massage services for women and regular/loyal clients, or I can travel to offices.
How do I book?
The quickest way is the online booking here on the website, or just call me on +420 722 108 199. I am on WhatsApp too — there I usually get back to you within a few hours. I speak also german.
Which massage should I choose if I am not sure?
Book a custom massage for 30 - 120 minutes. Before we start we talk for a while about what is troubling you and I then put the massage together to suit you. If you would like something completely different, we can have a quick call beforehand.
What should I bring with me?
Nothing. Towels, sheets and blankets are all ready for you. Just come 10-15 minutes early so you have time to settle in.
Do I have to undress completely?
No. I only ever uncover the part of the body I am working on, the rest stays covered. For touch therapy you can even stay in comfortable clothes if we stay just on head, face, or cleavage.
How do I pay?
Payment by card, QR code, employee benefit cards (Pluxee, Edenred), prepaid massage pass, or with a gift voucher. I am not VAT registered, so the prices you see are final.
What if I cannot make it?
No problem at all — just let me know more than 24 hours in advance so I can offer the slot to someone else. I will gladly move your appointment. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, I charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the massage price.
Is massage suitable during pregnancy?
From the second trimester yes, in an adapted position and with gentler techniques. Maderotherapy and intensive deep muscle work are not suitable during pregnancy. Please always let me know in advance.
