How quickly will you get back to me?
On WhatsApp usually within a few hours, by email within one working day. I don’t pick up the phone during a treatment, so I may ring you back afterwards.
Can I book outside your opening hours?
Earlier morning appointments can be arranged individually. Write to me and we’ll find a way.
How far ahead should I book?
Ideally a week to ten days. Afternoon slots go the fastest. Sometimes a time frees up at the last minute, though — just ask, you might be lucky.
