About booking
How quickly will you get back to me?
On WhatsApp usually within a few hours, by email within one working day. When I ring back it may not be until after the last massage of the day — I don’t pick up the phone during a treatment.
Can I book outside your opening hours?
Early morning slots from 7:00 or late evening ones can be arranged individually. Write to me and we’ll find a way.
How far ahead should I book?
Ideally a week to ten days. Afternoon and Saturday slots go the fastest. Sometimes a time frees up at the last minute, though — just ask, you might be lucky.
Do I pay in advance?
No, you pay on the day. I only ask for a deposit in exceptional cases — for long packages, say, or after a repeated no-show without a word.
