Paying for a massage with a benefit card: Pluxee, Edenred and how it works
Employee benefits often expire at the end of the year. Here you can turn them into an hour that helps you sleep better — I accept Pluxee (formerly Sodexo) and Edenred.
Employee benefits have one annoying habit: they tend to expire at the end of the year. And a massage is exactly the sort of thing worth spending them on — not another object you do not need, but an hour after which you sleep better.
Which benefit cards I accept
I accept Pluxee and Edenred. If Pluxee does not ring a bell — it is the same company that used to be called Sodexo. The cards and the app work the same way, they only changed colours.
Besides benefits you can pay by card, QR code or with a gift voucher.
How it works
You pick your slot in the online booking system — you can see what is free and book straight away. Card payment happens right there.
Pluxee and Edenred benefit cards are paid at the studio. No paperwork, no invoices to your employer.
If you are not sure, drop me a message and I will confirm it right away.
Will the benefit cover the whole price?
That depends on your balance and on how your employer has set the benefits up. Massages usually fall under health and recovery, but some companies narrow the categories down — you will see it in the app.
If the benefit does not cover the whole amount, you simply pay the rest by card or QR code. No problem at all.
What to bring
- Your benefit card, or a phone with the app
- And nothing else. Towels, sheets and oil are all here.
Can I buy a gift voucher with benefits?
Yes. The voucher works for any massage and the person you give it to picks what suits them. Handy when you want to spend the benefits now but choose the massage later.
When to book
Afternoon slots go the fastest, so ideally a week ahead. If something comes up, just let me know more than 24 hours in advance and I will move your appointment free of charge.
